How It Works

📝 Step 1 — Submit Your Trip Questionnaire

Start by filling in the questionnaire describing your travel goals, preferred pace, interests, and trip duration. I’ll review your answers to see what kind of planning support you need and confirm whether my service is the right fit.

This initial assessment is free. Once I’ve reviewed your details, I’ll email you with a payment link to officially book your itinerary-planning service.

📅 Step 2 — Book Your Planning Session

After confirming your project, you’ll receive a link to schedule your 50-minute Planning Session at a time that suits you. Payment is taken in full during the booking process.

💬 Step 3 — Planning Session

During this 1:1 video call on Google Meet, we’ll discuss your ideal route, preferred activities, and logistical details. The call usually lasts about 50 minutes, though we might run over slightly if needed.

🗺️ Step 4 — Review and Revision

You’ll receive your draft itinerary by email. Take time to go through it carefully. Your service includes one full round of revisions, but if a few small tweaks are needed beyond that, I’ll happily accommodate them.

🧭 Step 5 — Revision Call & Final Adjustments

We’ll meet again for a 50-minute 1:1 video call on Google Meet to go over your initial draft and discuss any final changes. 

📖 Step 6 — Final Travel Pack

Once your plan is complete, I’ll send your Slovenia Travel Pack (PDF) — a detailed, linked guide with your route, timing, and practical information.
