I’ll help you refine your plan, suggest meaningful stops, and share insights that only someone who’s traveled extensively across the country would know.

Here’s what’s included:

  • A 1:1 Google Meet call with me (around 50 minutes) to review your itinerary and discuss any travel questions you have

  • A detailed follow-up document sent within 2–3 days — so you don’t have to take notes during our call

  • A recording of our session for easy reference later

Investment: USD $150

Note: The price is per group, not per person. If you’re traveling to Ukraine with friends or family and they’d like to join the call, they’re welcome to — at no additional cost.

Step 1. Share your plan
Fill out a short form with your draft itinerary and any questions. This lets me prepare so you get the most value from our session. If I do not receive trip details in advance, we will spend part of the call gathering basics instead of refining your plan.

I will review your form, confirm the service is a good fit, and send a link to my calendar so you can choose a time and book.

Step 2. Book your session
Reserve a 50-minute Itinerary Review at a time that suits you. Payment is taken in full when you book. 

Step 3. Meet on Google Meet
We connect on Google Meet for your Itinerary Review. Sessions usually last about 50 minutes. Unless you request otherwise, the call will be recorded and the recording will be sent to you afterward.

Step 4. Get your follow-up pack
After the session, I will email you the call recording and a detailed follow-up. It includes feedback on your route, timing, logistics, and suggested experiences.

Through a Travel Lens offers guidance and planning support, but it isn’t a travel agency — I don’t handle bookings or reservations.

Flight searches, visa information, and insurance arrangements are outside the scope of this service (though I’ll always encourage you to have solid travel insurance in place).

Once your trip begins, I’m not able to provide real-time help or emergency assistance. You’re welcome to message me if something comes up on the road — I’ll reply when I can — but I can’t promise immediate answers or on-the-spot itinerary changes.

 
 

Payment Terms

Full payment for your Ukraine Itinerary Review is required in advance, prior to the session taking place.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once a booking has been confirmed.

If you’re unsure whether this service is right for you, I’m happy to have a short chat about your travel plans before you commit. You can also get a feel for my style and expertise through my blog, videos, and social channels.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to illness or a personal emergency, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduled session or a full refund.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You may cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance and either reschedule it once or request a refund.
If you cancel a second time, the booking will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your Google Meet session. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the call will be closed, and you won’t be eligible for a reschedule or refund.
